We are committed to your privacy and do not collect or log traffic data or browsing activity from individual users connected to our VPN.
Liberty Shield processes user data only to a very limited scope – only as much as it is absolutely required for provision of the Liberty Shield Services, processing of payments for the Liberty Shield Services, as well as functioning of the Liberty Shield website and mobile applications.
When you register on with Liberty Shield you will be asked to provide certain personal information, including your billing and email address and payment information. We will store this information, but will not share it with any third parties except as necessary to provide the features of the Service. Anyone may browse our website, install Liberty Shield application and mobile applications without signing up for the Liberty Shield Services, however the functionality of the Liberty Shield Services will be very limited or absent. Based on the above, it is presumed that any person using the Liberty Shield Services and supplying personal data to us is at least 18 years of age. If a person younger than 18 years old or a person, supplying wrongful data, become known to Liberty Shield, such person and all their data may be immediately and without any notice withdrawn by suspending their access to Liberty Shield Services.

Liberty Shield stores limited personal data for the whole period when the Liberty Shield Services are used and for no longer than 2 years after last use of the App and/or the Services.

Under no circumstances, Liberty Shield is liable for the consequences of your unlawful activities, your wilful and negligent activities violating applicable laws or third party rights, as well as any circumstances, which may not have been reasonably controlled or foreseen.
